In 2005, Ms. McElyea founded Grade Results, Inc, with the mission to improve student learning outcomes by providing high quality, empowering, and enriching online learning experiences that are responsive to each student's individual needs.

Ms. McElyea has more than 20+ years of experience in the tutoring services and supplemental educational services industry. Under her leadership, Grade Results became the leading educational service provider.

She is active in the day-to-day operations of the company. Her roles and responsibilities in the company include general management, organizational and financial management oversight, proposal review, and implementation activities.

Prior to establishing Grade Results, Ms. McElyea had a 24-year career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is a CPA and has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Dr. K P Prakash, has unique expertise in the nexus between content and technology with over 16+ years of visible achievements in cross-functional teams with a demonstrated history of working in e-learning and IT industries from start-up to acquisition.

He began his career as a Mathematics Instructor. Visualizing that technology could greatly impact and transform the way students learn, he made a career move into education technology and has been working to leverage technology to help students, teachers, schools, and districts ever since.

Prior to his Product Architect role, Dr. K P Prakash served as Delivery Head, Project Manager, and E-Learning Specialist. In these positions, Dr. K P Prakash spearheaded  development of new products and services and led the content development and software (learning management system) development teams very effectively that support Grade Results' growth strategy.

He is skilled in Strategic Planning, Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Product, and Project Management (PMI-PMP) from inception to launch of a SaaS education company with the latest technologies. He has strong entrepreneurship and edupreneurship professional with an industry adaptable focus in Information Technology, EdTech, and Communications.
